Subject Specialties
Although I’m open to considering work outside my specialty areas, I do best in the areas I know the most about. These include:
- Psychology (I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am licensed as a professional counselor) I have worked and published in the field. I can work with self-help/popular psychology and books for professionals.
- Relationships: My background in counseling provides a foundation of knowledge here. This might be considered a subsection of psychology.
- Communications: I taught communication skills for many years.
- Spirituality: I have broad personal experience here, have published articles and books on this subject, and edited titles in this area.
- Memoirs/Personal Experience: I have both written and edited memoirs.
- Education: I’ve taught in a number of settings, written curriculum and teaching materials, and edited in the area.
- Social Sciences: I have a sociology degree and am comfortable in social sciences in general.
- Holistic Health: My experience here is primarily editing, and my interests are in complementary and alternative medicine.
